PHIC REQUIREMENTS
Please submit your Philhealth (PHIC) requirements within 24 hours upon admission at the Billing Section Window 2
Bring any of the following:
MDR or PHIC ID
Valid ID of the patient or member with Date of birth
PHIC REQUIREMENTS
Admitting requirements if the patient has a previous admission within 90 days
Bring any of the following:
Billing statement with PhilHealth (PHIC) coverage from the previous hospital
