STEPS OF OPD CONSULTATION – WITH CHOSEN PHYSICIAN

Step 1
Go to the Triage Unit and inform the Nurse Assistant on duty of the purpose of the visit.

Step 2
Proceed to the Doctor’s Clinic located at the 1^st floor of the building.

Step 3
Inform the Doctor’s Secretary of the reason of your consultation.

STEPS OF OPD CONSULTATION – WITHOUT ANY CHOSEN PHYSICIAN

STEP 1

Go to the Triage Unit and inform the Nurse Assistant on duty of the purpose of the visit.

STEP 2

Fill-up the COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire Form.

STEP 3

Proceed to the Emergency Room located at the 1^st floor of the building for the consultation.

For patients with COVID-19 symptoms – consultation will be done at the Triage Isolation Room
