HEMODIALYSIS UNIT
Adventist Medical Center – Valencia City Hemodialysis Unit is located on the second floor of the building.
The Hemodialysis Unit is a specialized care unit that takes care of in- and out-patients needing dialysis treatment for Acute Kidney Injury and Chronic Kidney Disease. It is manned by specially-trained nurses, experienced and knowledgeable technicians, and board certified nephrologists who frequently visit to check on their patients’ treatment plan and care.
Our mACHINES
Our machines are sterilized via reverse osmosis, along with a strict disinfection regimen and monthly cultures of the water reservoir.
The unit has fifteen (15) Fresenius next gen 4008S and two (2) units Online Hemodiafiltration machines with reclining chairs. It can accommodate 17 patients in one (1) session and one (1) patient with any infectious disease
such as hepatitis B.
